Fresh off a very successful food tasting, we are getting ready for another busy weekend at Vanity Fare. Samantha and David will be celebrating their union on Friday. The two met about two years ago and on a whim, flew to Las Vegas three months ago to get married. For their New Jersey wedding reception, they chose Vanity Fare Caterers because Samantha's cousin had attended a wedding and raved about the food and service.

Saturday night promises to be another fabulous evening with the forecast predicting sunshine and comfortable temperatures as Eric and Katie exchange wedding vows in the courtyard gazebo in front of 150 of their closest friends and family members. Both seafood lovers, they have made sure to include sushi, shrimp cocktail and a full raw bar during cocktail hour. Their guests will dine and dance the night away as they are entertained by the DJs of NJs Best DJs. And as the night winds down, all will delight in the array of sweets offered at the chocolate fountain.

Vanity Fare Caterers

We are hosting a Food Tasting event at Vanity Fare on Tuesday August 24, 2010.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The Food Tasting is for Brides and Grooms who have not yet selected a venue for their wedding. Admission is free for the Bride and two guests.

We will be putting together a fabulous evening, beginning with a quick, mock wedding in the courtyard. A shortened cocktail hour will follow where brides can chat with some of our preferred vendors and check out the specials that they are offering.

Afterwards, all will be seated in the ballroom for dinner while being entertained by Joey and Dave of NJ's Best DJs. It's sure to be an exciting evening as usual!
