Wedding Favors

Having trouble deciding what to give your guests as a favor for coming to your wedding?  Your frustration is more than justified.  With budgets becoming tighter these days, couples are faced with the difficult task of providing a favor for their guests that is affordable for them to provide yet meaningful and memorable.  Will our guests make use of this gift?  Or will they simply toss it in the back of a drawer only to be discovered years later with a thin layer of dust collected on top of it?

Here at Vanity Fare, we have seen the rise of the donation favor.  In lieu of a traditional wedding favor, couples take their allotted budget for favors and instead make a donation to an organization of their choosing.  To make their guests aware of the "favor", a piece of cardstock is placed at each place setting with a small note about the donation.  Many have chosen to donate to organizations in honor of a family member affected by a certain cause.  Should this idea spark interest for you, below are listed a few organizations we have seen recently:
