Best Wedding Venue in NJ

As Labor Day weekend approaches, so does the imminent exchange of wedding vows between Paula and David. They have decided to get married outside in the courtyard by the gazebo of Vanity fare. Fortunately, there will be no storms to spoil their plans. Paula and David met on the boat of a friend years ago and have both always enjoyed anything having to do with the beach and the ocean.

For their wedding reception, both bride and groom have put their talents to use in creating a spectacular seaside theme. David has designed a special place card arrangement with mini beach chairs and tiki torches. The centerpieces for the tables don mini palm trees as well as vases filled with fish. They have designed their place cards, table numbers and favors to reflect their passion for summer and to complete the theme, there will be shells and sea glass scattered through out.

And where are they honeymooning? The Islands, of course! Best of luck to Paula and David and may the waters always be calm!

Weddings Abound at Vanity Fare NJ

Fresh off a very successful food tasting, we are getting ready for another busy weekend at Vanity Fare. Samantha and David will be celebrating their union on Friday. The two met about two years ago and on a whim, flew to Las Vegas three months ago to get married. For their New Jersey wedding reception, they chose Vanity Fare Caterers because Samantha's cousin had attended a wedding and raved about the food and service.

Saturday night promises to be another fabulous evening with the forecast predicting sunshine and comfortable temperatures as Eric and Katie exchange wedding vows in the courtyard gazebo in front of 150 of their closest friends and family members. Both seafood lovers, they have made sure to include sushi, shrimp cocktail and a full raw bar during cocktail hour. Their guests will dine and dance the night away as they are entertained by the DJs of NJs Best DJs. And as the night winds down, all will delight in the array of sweets offered at the chocolate fountain.

Food Tasting Event

We are hosting a Food Tasting event at Vanity Fare on Tuesday August 24, 2010.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The Food Tasting is for Brides and Grooms who have not yet selected a venue for their wedding. Admission is free for the Bride and two guests.

We will be putting together a fabulous evening, beginning with a quick, mock wedding in the courtyard. A shortened cocktail hour will follow where brides can chat with some of our preferred vendors and check out the specials that they are offering.

Afterwards, all will be seated in the ballroom for dinner while being entertained by Joey and Dave of NJ's Best DJs. It's sure to be an exciting evening as usual!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

It's wonderful to hear what our brides and grooms and their guests have to say about our efforts at Vanity Fare. We put so much into every detail from the wedding ceremony in the courtyard , our extravagant cocktail hour to dinner in the grand ballroom because we want every bride to have the experience they have always dreamed of for their wedding day.

Recently, Adam and Lauramy, who were married here last month, wrote a beautiful letter which says it all:

"Dear Jennifer, Amy and Staff,

We can't thank you enough for all of the hard work all of you put into making our wedding venue such a success. From day one, the entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful - someone was always available to answer any questions we had, even on our drop-in visits. It was the sign that first caught my eye - "Rare Weddings...Well Done". I went on line and the pictures on the web site didn't do it justice. We made an appointment to ask some questions and get some information and as soon as I saw the Ballroom, I knew that this was where I had to have my wedding reception.

Jennifer really worked with us to achieve the kind of wedding ceremony and reception that we wanted while still working within our budget. Everything was so beautiful and the food was amazing!
Almost a month later, our friends and family are still raving about what a great time they had, how elegant the facility was, how courteous and efficient the staff was and how much better the food and cake were compared to other weddings they have been to.

Wedding Venue & Celebrations

Friday night will kick off the weekend at Vanity Fare Caterers, NJ with a dinner for the Reverend Simpson who is celebrating 30 years as a devoted church leader. There will close to two hundred of his congregation here to honor him.

The rest of the weekend will be filled with love and romance as Keri and Scott exchange wedding vows on Saturday in the courtyard gazebo, followed by cocktail hour in the Regency room and reception in the Grand Ballroom. After they check out of their Bridal Suite the next morning, they will leave for their honeymoon in Acapulo.

Susan and Tim will begin their new lives together on Sunday at Vanity Fare after their wedding ceremony which is to take place at Georgian Court. They have chosen the Platinum package which is a five hour affair with open bar, champagne toast, custom cake, wine service and ice sculpture. The cocktail hour with be complete with attended chef station, butler passed hors d'oeuvres, hot and cold stations, a raw bar and sushi. Their guests will be impressed with the second portions that are served after dinner as well as by the knowledge and professionalism of the staff.

Sweet 16th Birthday Party!

This weekend at Vanity Fare Caterers, Ocean County's, NJ's premier caterer, Sophia will be celebrating her sixteenth birthday. She has just spent three weeks in France, so her party will have a Parisian theme. Cocktail hour in the elegant Regency suite will consist of several French-inspired dishes, including fois-gras and an International Cheese display, featuring, of course Brie, Neufchatel and Camembert among others along with fresh-baked baguettes and croissants.

As her guests enter the Grand Ballroom, the doors will be flanked on either side by small replicas of the Eiffel Tower. In keeping with the theme, each table has been named after a famous area, street or person from Paris. Sophia's cake will have a Moulin-Rouge windmill and dancer atop it. All of the kids will be wearing berets and the adults will have wine from the French countryside to enjoy.

All in all, Sophia's soiree promises to be a night to remember.

A Wedding Story

With the weather staying hot and humid, Ashley has decided to have her wedding ceremony inside at Vanity Fare Caterers this Saturday.

Her wedding ceremony will be extra special while she and her fiance, Joseph say "I do" with some of their friends and family taking part in the forty-five minute ritual. The ceremony will take place in the elegantly transformed ballroom which will be exquisitely decorated with classic silk flowers provided by Vanity Fare Caterers, NJ. Afterwards, Ashley and Joseph will venture outside to take pictures in the beautiful courtyard by the gazebo while their guests sip champagne with fresh strawberries and enjoy the sumptuous cocktail hour replete with shrimp cocktail, butler passed hors d'oeuvres, sushi, a chef-attended slider station and mashed potato bar, just to name some of the tempting cuisine. After they have danced the night away, they will retire to their complimentary Bridal suite in the adjoining hotel and relax in the Jacuzzi while they relive the path that brought them to Vanity Fare.

It seems like only yesterday, Ashley has said, that they met when Joseph moved in two doors down. In reality, it was seven years ago but they have been inseparable since, even having attended the same college because one didn't want to be away from the other. Joseph finally asked Ashley to be his wife while they were standing on the boardwalk watching the stormy waters churn in the inlet. Completely taken by surprise, Ashley didn't hesitate to say yes, or to call her mother immediately! Two weeks later, they walked into Vanity Fare Caterers Wedding Hall in New Jersey and knew that this is where they wanted create their special day.

This weekend Vanity Fare Caterers, one of Ocean County NJ's premiere banquet facilities and best kept secrets, will be celebrating the union of Tom and Jaime. With gorgeous weather predicted, they will have their wedding ceremony in the beautiful courtyard gazebo.

After the exchange of vows, Tom and Jaime will continue the celebration in the Grand Ballroom which is where they met three years ago at the wedding of mutual friends. Wedding Bells - A Love Story

Vanity Fare Caterers staff is looking forward to celebrating the wedding of Amanda and Joe this fourth of July weekend...

The two have known each other since grade school. They were never more than good friends. Joe even claims that Amanda went to a movie with his best friend, John, which Amanda denied. Joe remembers this because he always had a secret crush on Amanda. I guess it was mutual because Amanda finally admitted going out with John just to try to get Joe's attention.

Finally, these two reconnected at their 15 year high school reunion and the truth was revealed. They have been inseparable ever since. They have chosen to begin their married life at Vanity Fare Caterers, NJ as they read their personal vows to one another in the beautiful courtyard gazebo.
